Refund policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may return unused merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping charges.

We will send you a prepaid return label, which you must affix to the package to be returned.

Merchandise must be returned NEW, in its original condition at the time of purchase, in the original unopened packaging. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the merchandise has been used.

If the item arrived damaged or the incorrect item was shipped. Please provide a photo as proof.

Shipping charges are not refundable unless the item arrived damaged or the incorrect item was shipped. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for any returns of unwanted items.

As soon as your return is processed and you have been issued a refund, you will be automatically notified by e-mail to the e-mail address on your order.

Preparing your return: 

•Make a copy of the packing slip for your records.
•Use the original packaging or strong corrugated carton.*1
•To expedite your return/exchange, insert the packing slip. 
•Pack and tape your package securely.
•Please attach the return label to the package and ship it via DHL or Fedex
(*1 Please make sure to cover or remove any original mailing address label or carrier barcodes from package to prevent delays in the return process.)

WARRANTY

If the product is damaged or defective, it is covered by the Returns Policy.
The full purchase price will be refunded. See above for return instructions.

Warranty does not apply to local manufacturers.
Merchandise covered by a manufacturer’s warranty must be sent directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
