In terms of operability, it features a motor ON/OFF linked clutch. The JOG winding position remains unchanged, offering responsive startup when the clutch is ON and precise detection of bites during falls when the clutch is OFF due to motor stoppage.

The functional aspects include additional “Jigging Mode,” “Depth Alarm,” and “Electronic Drag Sound.” For manual winding, the handle retrieves 83cm per rotation, with a variable handle arm adjustable between 75-85mm, allowing for enticing action comparable to the SALTIGA double axis. The 3.0mm inner diameter level wind is designed to accommodate shock leaders up to 30 pounds, ensuring reliable performance.

With a tough setup that targets higher-level fish and supports electric jigging, the TOUGH LIGHT MONSTER weighs just 575g, offering comfortable handheld use, and its lightness translates to enhanced sensitivity.
