The Beast Master MD3000, equipped with the NEW GIGA-MAX MOTOR, achieves both the strength of 3000XP and the speed of 3000XS, and also realizes a maximum drag force of 25kg. By improving the rigidity with HAGANE body and upgrading to a reinforced gear system, it has evolved into an extraordinary monster electric reel.

In addition, it is equipped with a color liquid crystal “TANKEN-MARU SCREEN” on the counter screen. From the seabed shape to the fish’s reaction, it is now possible to respond instantly to changing situations by holding TANKEN-MARU in your hand. It also features advanced features such as an S compact body that is easy to palm and a large mechanical brake knob that supports fall fishing. It can handle heavy mode battles such as large amberjack that rush fiercely, yellowtail and bluefish caught by dropping, and multiple catches of large squid exposed to long-term high load conditions.

THERMO ADJUST DRAG

Thermo Adjust Drag is a control function designed to suppress abnormal heat generation of the drag to maintain stable drag performance. If the drag slips while the motor of the electric reel is on, the gear will idle and cause an abnormal heat generation in the drag portion of the reel. As a way to suppress excess heat, the speed of the motor is automatically reduced by the Thermo Adjust Drag when the drag begins to slip.
