The Shimano Beast Master MD6000 is the strongest electric reel ever created by Shimano, designed to catch giant fish such as yellowfin tuna, longtooth grouper, and greater amberjack with overwhelming speed and power while being durable enough to withstand the fight.

The heart of the powertrain, which is named "Monster Drive" (MD), is the NEW GIGA-MAX MOTOR, which has significantly improved performance. It achieves 2.5 times more motor torque and a practical winding endurance of 38 kg. The drive system that accepts this driving force, which combines overwhelming speed and power, is the reinforced gear system that incorporates Shimano's technical expertise in durability and attention to detail.

THERMO ADJUST DRAG

Thermo Adjust Drag is a control function designed to suppress abnormal heat generation of the drag to maintain stable drag performance. If the drag slips while the motor of the electric reel is on, the gear will idle and cause an abnormal heat generation in the drag portion of the reel. As a way to suppress excess heat, the speed of the motor is automatically reduced by the Thermo Adjust Drag when the drag begins to slip.

e-EXCITING DRAG SOUND

The e-Exciting Drag Sound is an electronic drag sound from the reel when a fish makes a run. This creates a modern solution to the mechanical clicker while adding excitement to an angler's experience.

SA-RB

SA-RB bearings are put through the same process as Shimano's A-RB bearings but feature shields on both sides of the bearings. These shields reduce the possibility of salt or sand inhibiting the rotation of the bearing.
