At just 375g, a new size joins Daiwa’s lineup of electric reels. Expanding the world of Daiwa electric reels that tout “sensitivity in weight”. Lighter and more compact, enhancing sensitivity and operability. Not only lightness and compactness, but also adopting HYPERDRIVE DIGIGEAR (drive gear + pinion gear) to improve manual winding performance. Enhanced robust and smooth winding experience.

Being a small electric reel overlapping with both axis reels, emphasis was placed on improving manual winding performance. Equipped with MAGMAX motor, balancing torque and instant power. Achieves maximum drag force of 7kg, JAFS standard winding force of 6kg.

Line capacity ranges from PE1-300m to 1.5-200m, suitable for targeting various species from Beltfish, Marlin Squid, Horse Mackerel, Horsehead Tilefish, Flatfish, and Goby to Tai Rubber and Squid Metal. Not only does it alleviate the hassle of retrieving at deep points, but manual retrieval is significantly enhanced.

JOG POWER LEVER

By moving the power lever to the center of the body and changing its shape to a jog dial style, you can control the reeling and clutch on/off with just the thumb of the hand holding the rod. This completely frees your other hand from lever operation, allowing you to focus entirely on rod handling. The precise control with just one thumb enables subtle adjustments to the lever and lets you manage the reeling speed exactly as you wish.

MAGSEALED BALL BEARING

With its proprietary technology, DAIWA has become the first in the world to successfully apply Magsealed technology to the ball bearings themselves. The magnetic fluid barrier prevents water and foreign substances from entering the ball bearings, maintaining their original rotational performance while significantly reducing rust, saltwater intrusion, and noise.
